FAQ - Frecuent Ask Questions

When booking

  • Minimum rental time is 4 nights. All bookings for shorter time are charged in the same way as a 4 night stay.
  • 20% of the price is paid in concept of reservation fee. Remaining amount (80%) payable on arrival at the residence. This booking fee is non refundable
  • We reserve the right to delete your booking if the reservation has not been paid within 5 business days.
  • We will keep the right to charge your credit card details if something in the property is broken during your stay because of bad behavior.
  • When booking one of our properties you agree to have read and understand our terms and conditions described here.
  • The property is booked with all the inventory described in the official advertise in Scandic Feel Rental Homes S.L webpage
  • Your stay begins at 16:00 the day of arrival and the property has to be left no later than 11:00 the day of departure.
  • Our opening hours are between 10:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday and 10:30 – 14:00 Saturdays. If you arrive after our opening hours the keys to the property will be left in the keybox outside the office or outside of the property if there is any keybox at the location. Instructions with code to the keybox and where it is located will be send to you no later than 24H before your arrival. If you arrive later than our opening hours you will have to come by our office for the “Chek-in” and payment the next day available.

During the stay:
Each property has a contact phone number, where you can call questions and guidance regarding the accommodation at no additional charge during our opening hours. Please note that only in case of emergency you can call our contact phone in addition to our opening hours and there is an additional cost of 30 € per call.

All our homes are non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed in any of our homes if the property owner did not issue a written certificate with an approval

If you happen to be locked out of the property and have to call the emergency number, there will be a fee of 30 € for the call and any costs for locksmith.

At the loss of a key, there will be a fee of 30 € for the copy and administration of the case.

All our homes are decorated according to the owners’ taste. style varies from home to home. If cutlery, counterbalance or similar would be taken from home, it is not Scandic Feel Rental Homes which is held responsible because it is the property owner’s duty to ensure that these items are available.

We naturally strive to convey as high a standard as possible in our homes.

We as hiring agents can not be held liable for costs incurred by third parties during your stay nor about things like electricity, water and gas not working. This is the property owner’s area of ​​responsibility and is not a valid reason for refund. We will do everything we can to fix your problem as soon as possible

If we are unlikely to change your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to do so. In this case we pay back 75% of the total or offer a corresponding property.

We have obviously inspected the homes we communicate carefully before they are posted for rent and checked that everything is working properly.

If there is a construction or renovation nearby in the dwelling or in the same complex, Scandic Feel Rental Homes S.L is not held responsible. We will of course communicate this information to you as a guest if we should know this in advance.

All our homes are supplied with at least one toilet paper roll. In some cases, soap and similar hygiene items also include. Note that this is not a must and nothing to be filled in when cleaning.

To reserve one of our properties you pay 25% of the total booking price and the remaining part 48H before arrival. You can choose one of our payments method when booking the property. Either by bank transfer, paypal, credit card and more.

No, but we reserve the right to charge you if something in our properties has been carelessly broken.

For short term rentals (up to 3 month) electricity, water, bedlines, towels and cleanings once a week. There is no hidden fees in our prices. The price you see is what you will pay.

Currently we speak: English, Spanish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Polish. We are working on expanding to more languages.

If the property have a key box you will find the keys there and receive the code by mail 24H before arrival. If the property do not have a key box you will find the keys outside our office also in a key box. The code to the key box will be provided to you 24H before arrival. The chek in will be done the day after you arrive if you arrive after our opening hours.

All guests over 16 years old has to be present during the check-in. We will need a copy of your passport/ID. We do not accept Driver license as valid ID.

We recommend to write travel insurance. Scandic Feel Rental Homes S.L is not liable for damages in case of an accident.

These booking terms are between Scandic Feel Rental Homes S.L and you as a tenant

Group Bookings
We have the right to deny bookings for groups over 4 with the same gender under the age of 25

Winter reservations
For bookings where the stay is between 1 October and 1 May, it is not permitted to connect your own heating methods without the property owner’s written permission.
The price for electricity consumption is charged on arrival and is a fixed amount depending on the property type.
