  • When you have find the property you like you can check the available dates in the online calendar.
  • Choose your dates and the total price for the stay will apear. No hidden fees. Everything is included in the price you will see. You will aslo be able to choose to pay the full price our to pay 20% of the total price and the remaining amount when you arrive. 
  • Select how many adults you are and how many children. IMPORTANT! Read in the advertise how many beds the property have before booking.
  • Click on the “Proceed to checkout” button and you will have to fill in your personal details.
  • When you have filled in you personal details you can choose to pay with your credit card or by bank transfer. If you pay with credit card you will receive instant confirmation by email. If you pay by bank transfer you have 5 days to fullfil the payment and will then receive confirmation.                                                                        –

Our agents will explain all you need to know about our properties and will find the one that suits your needs. 

Opening Hours:

Monday – Friday ———- 10:00 – 18:00

Saturday ———————- 10:30 – 14:00

There three possible ways of picking up your key and that depends on witch time you arrive and where your property is located. 

Option 1
If you arrive during our opening hours you can collect your keys at our office.

Option 2
If you arrive after our opening hours we will leave the keys  in the key box outside our office. You will have to come in the next available day to make the check-in. The code for the key box will be provided to you 48H before your arrival. 

Option 3
In some cases the property has an own key box  and we can leave the keys there. Then you can arrive directly to the property. The code for the key box will be provided to you 48H before your arrival.

Option 4
Personal Check-in. One of our staff members will meet you at the property to Chek-in 

In any case you will be informed 48H before check-in with all the information you need to know on how to picking up the keys, how to find the property etc.

To reserve one of our properties you pay 25% of the total booking price and the remaining part 48H before arrival. You can choose one of our payments method when booking the property. Either by bank transfer or credit card.

Yes. Depending on the property you will have to pay 50 up to 800€ damage deposit that will be returned to you by bank transfer 7 days after you leave the property. In the unlikely case of any damage that are done by you or someone you travel with because of bad behaviuor this will be charged from the deposit. 

The damage deposit is paid when you arrive in our office when the check in is done and is paid in Euro.

When returning the deposit by bank transfer we don’t take responsibility for any currency exchange rate if you have a different currency.  

In all pur properties the bed lines, towels and the final cleaning are always included in the price. There are no hidden fees or extra charges than the price that will be provided to you when booking. 

Currently we speak: English, Spanish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Polish. We are working on expanding to more languages.

If the property have a key box you will find the keys there and receive the code by mail 24H before arrival. If the property do not have a key box you will find the keys outside our office also in a key box. The code to the key box will be provided to you 24H before arrival. The chek-in will be done the day after you arrive if you arrive after our opening hours. In some cases we also do personal chek-in during night hours for an cost of 40 – 70€

All guests over 16 years old has to be present during the check-in. We will need a copy of your passport/ID. We do not accept Driver license as valid ID.

Insurance:
We recommend to write travel insurance. Scandic Feel Rental Homes S.L is not liable for damages in case of an accident.
